This book is a wonderful collection of
sources, ideas, and strageties to work
with ones ADD/ADHD rather than always
working against it.
It's an easy read, the pages and chapters
are set up to make the reading easier for
ADD'ers, but doesn't come across as being
'dumbed down' like some of the books can
seem.
Very logical, and life applicable
techniques involving yourself, some one
close to help you, a professional
organizer etc, this book covers all the
options and explains how to tell when
which option is best for the situaiton.
I highly recommend this book- it's a must
have for people living with ADD, or
people who love and would like to help
out someone else who is dealing with ADD.
Counselors, teachers, students, parents-
all can benefit from the ideas in this
book either to help themselves or those
that they work with or love!
